ECF No. 11. Defendants filed a timely status report, ECF No. 12, but plaintiff did not. Therefore, on January 3, 2025, I ordered plaintiff (1) to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for his failure to comply with court orders, and (2) to file a status report by January 16, 2025. ECF No. 13. I also warned plaintiff that failure to comply with the court order would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. Id.
