For the reasons set forth below, the undersigned recommends plaintiff’s motion be GRANTED, and that judgment be entered in favor of plaintiff although in a reduced amount. I. Relevant Background Plaintiff filed this complaint alleging copyright infringement on December 2, 2023. ECF No. 1. The complaint asserts jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1331. ECF No. 1 at 2.
