INTRODUCTION Pending before the Court is a Motion for Reconsideration brought by Defendants Franklin Resources, Inc. d/b/a Franklin Templeton (“FRI”), FT FinTech Holdings, LLC (“FT FinTech”), and Franklin Templeton Companies, LLC (“FT Companies”). ECF No. 397. Plaintiff Blockchain Innovation, LLC (“Blockchain”) filed an Opposition (ECF No. 412) and Defendants filed a Reply (ECF No. 444).
