INTRODUCTION Plaintiff, a California prisoner proceeding without attorney representation, filed this civil rights case under 42 U.S.C. ' 1983 against officials at San Quentin State Prison (“San Quentin”). Following review of the first amended complaint (ECF No. 12) under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A and ruling on the motions to dismiss (ECF Nos. 24, 33), one claim remains against Defendant Correctional Counselor Della Baker for violating his right to due process. (ECF Nos. 19, 27, 43.) Defendant Della Baker (hereinafter “Defendant” unless otherwise specified) filed a motion for summary judgment. (ECF No. 59.)
