I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Mayer Amschel Rothschild, pro se, brings this action against Defendant The Pacific Companies (TPC), a privately held group of real estate firms, alleging breach of contract, fraud, civil conspiracy, nuisance, personal injury, and tortious interference with business expectancy. TPC moves to dismiss Plaintiff’s Third Amended Complaint under Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. ECF No. 55 (Motion to Dismiss). The Court held a hearing on the Motion to Dismiss. ECF No. 71. Plaintiff subsequently filed an Administrative Motion requesting that the Court accept late-filed sur-replies. ECF No. 70.
