21 Before the Court is the parties’ Joint Motion Regarding Discovery Status and to Continue Pre-Trial Deadlines (“Joint Motion”). Doc. No. 80. For the reasons stated below, the Court GRANTS IN PART the Joint Motion and ISSUES an Amended Scheduling Order. I.
