17 Pending before the Court is Defendant Leprino Foods Company’s motion for partial judgment on the pleadings filed on January 24, 2025. (Doc. No. 15, “Motion”). Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c), Defendant seeks dismissal of Plaintiff’s first, second, third, and fourth causes of action. (Id.). Plaintiff filed an Opposition (Doc. No. 16), and Defendant filed a Reply (Doc. No. 18). The Court finds the matter suitable for decision without oral arguments. (Doc. No. 17).
