Defendant Domino’s Pizza LLC (“Defendant” or “Domino’s”) opposes the motion, ECF No. 16 (“Opp.”), and Plaintiff filed a reply brief in support of his motion, ECF No. 19 (“Reply”). The Court previously found that this motion is suitable for disposition without oral argument, see Civ. L.R. 7-1(b), and vacated the hearing set for February 20, 2025. ECF No. 39.
