The Court has engaged in a de novo review of those portions of the report to which the parties have objected. The Report recommends denial of the Amended Petition and dismissal of this action with prejudice. (ECF No. 80.) The parties’ objections to the Report (ECF Nos. 81-82) do not warrant a change to the Magistrate Judge’s findings or recommendations.
