The parties have consented to magistrate judge jurisdiction and this matter is before the undersigned for all proceedings. ECF Nos. 46 & 97. The Court held a hearing on Defendant’s motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 71) and five discovery related motions filed by Plaintiff (ECF Nos. 66, 74, 76, 77, & 85) on February 20, 2025. Following the hearing, the Court allowed Plaintiff one week to file a motion to reopen discovery (ECF No. 102) and a motion to supplement the summary judgment record (ECF No. 101).
