15 I. INTRODUCTION Petitioner seeks federal habeas relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 from his state convictions. Following an order granting Respondent’s motion to dismiss certain claims in the Petitioner’s First Amended Petition (“FAP”), four claims remain. Because these claims lack merit, the petition is denied. II. BACKGROUND The following facts come from the state appellate court’s opinion affirming Petitioner’s convictions. See generally People v. Geeter, No. A148523, 2018 WL 5095090 (Cal. Ct. App. 2018).
