In response to the Court’s findings and recommendations, Plaintiff filed objections. See ECF Nos. 74 and 77. In light of Plaintiff’s objections, the Court will vacate the March 29, 2024, findings and recommendations and issue these amended findings and recommendations addressing the sufficiency of Plaintiff’s complaint in this civil case.
