Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636, the court has reviewed the Complaint, the records on file, the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge (“Report”), and Defendant’s objections to the Report. The court has engaged in a de novo review of those portions of the Report to which objections have been made. The Report recommends that the decision of the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) denying Plaintiff’s application for Social Security disability benefits be reversed and this matter be remanded for further administrative proceedings.
