(“Plaintiff”), with counsel, filed this 18 action seeking review of the Commissioner of Social Security’s final decision denying 19 his application for Social Security Disability1 benefits under the Social Security Act 20 (“Act”). (Dkt. No. 1.) After full briefing by the parties, (Dkt. Nos. 11, 13, 14), on 21 January 2, 2025, Magistrate Judge Michael S.
