18 This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff G&G Closed Circuit Events, LLC’s 19 (“Plaintiff”) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. (ECF No. 15.) Also before the Court is 20 Defendant Hugo Alejandro Navarro-Gonzalez’s (“Defendant”) Motion for Summary Judgment.1 21 (ECF No. 16.) Plaintiff filed a reply. (ECF No. 17.)
