13 This is a Freedom of Information Act case. Now before the Court are cross-motions for summary judgment from Plaintiff Jewish Legal News, Inc. (“JLN”) on the one hand, and from the Defendant, the United States Department of Education (“DOE”), on the other hand. [Dkts. 35 and 36]. The Parties filed respective opposition briefs to each other’s cross-motions and reply briefs in support of their motions. [Dkts. 36–38]. A hearing was held on the summary judgment motion and cross-motion on November 25, 2024. [Dkt. 42].
