On December 16, 2024, NFlash notified the Court that it had not yet been able to serve the defendant. See Dkt. No. 10. NFlash has made no further filings since that notice. The Court set an Initial Case Management Conference for March 4, 2025. The parties failed to file a case management statement by the February 18, 2025 deadline. See Dkt. No. 14. The Court therefore ordered the parties to submit their case management statement by no later than February 25, 2025. See Dkt. No. 15. The parties again failed to file any case management statement.
