Plaintiffs filed an opposition, and Defendants filed a reply. ECF Nos. 18, 19. On October 23, 2024, the Court held a hearing on the motion and took the matter under submission. ECF No. 23. After due consideration and for the reasons discussed below, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ motion. I.
