(Doc. No. 100 at 1). Plaintiff alternatively asks the Court to enter a default for Defendants’ failure to respond to his motion for summary judgment. (Id. at 2). The Court did not stay this case, but did afford Defendants extensions of time to respond to Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment. (Doc. Nos. 87, 121, 124). Defendants’ response to Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment was due on March 25, 2025. (Doc. No. 124).
