Plaintiff, v. RIGHTSOURCING, INC., a New York corporation; and DOES 1- 10, inclusive, Defendants. 19 Before the Court is Eminent Consulting LLC’s (“Plaintiff”) motion to dismiss RightSourcing Inc.’s (“Defendant”) Counterclaim. See Mot., ECF No. 12; Counterclaim, ECF 8. Defendant opposed. See Opp’n, ECF No. 14. Plaintiff replied. See Reply, ECF No. 15. For the following reasons, Plaintiff’s motion is GRANTED WITH LEAVE TO AMEND.1
