17 Plaintiff, who is currently at the Maple Street Correctional Center in Redwood City, filed a pro se civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against two sheriff deputies for Contra Costa County. Dkt. No. 1 at 2. Plaintiff filed consent to magistrate jurisdiction. Dkt. No. 4.
