Before the Court is Indirect Purchaser Plaintiffs’ (“IPPs”) Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement and Motion for Attorney Fees, Expenses, and Service Awards. ECF Nos. 398, 404. Four pro se objectors and two represented by counsel for the Direct Purchaser Plaintiff class (“DPPs”) in a separate case before this Court oppose approval of the Settlement Agreement. ECF Nos. 399, 400, 401, 402, 403. The Court held a Fairness Hearing on April 3, 2025, where all parties and DPP objectors were heard.
