Tammy Taylor Nails, Inc., is the United States business and the plaintiff (“TTN” or “Plaintiff”). Melany and Peet Viljoen (“the Viljoens”) are two of the defendants and the two individuals who agreed to license and distribute franchises and products under the TTN name in Africa. In April 2017, TTN entered into an International Distribution Agreement (the “Distribution Agreement”) with the Viljoens. (FAC ¶¶ 10, 27; FAC Ex. J.) The Distribution…
