Plaintiff filed the complaint in this action on August 29, 2024. Dkt. 1. Following assignment of this action to the undersigned, all Parties consented to the jurisdiction of a magistrate judge for all purposes. Dkt. 11 (Plaintiff’s consent filed 11/26/2024); Dkt. 13 (Defendants’ consent filed 12/16/2024). On April 8, 2025, the Court issued an order on Defendants’ motion to dismiss and motion for sanctions. Dkt. 24 - the “Order”. The Order sets a deadline of May 8, 2025 for Plaintiff to file an amended complaint that addresses the deficiencies identified in the Order. Id. at 34.
