Nos. 29, 30) 17 18 This matter is before the court on plaintiff’s motion to remand filed on October 15, 2024 and defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiff’s first amended complaint filed on October 16, 2024. (Doc. Nos. 29, 30.) On October 23, 2024, the motions were taken under submission on the papers pursuant to Local Rule 230(g). (Doc. No. 31.) For the reasons explained below, the court will grant plaintiff’s motion to remand and deny defendants’ motion to dismiss as moot.
