Dkt. 1 at 8. On April 8, 2025, the Honorable Elaine W. Mandel issued an order denying Defendant’s Motion for Reconsideration of the state court’s denial of Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss the Complaint. Id. at 41. On April 10, 2025, Defendant filed a Notice of Removal, purportedly removing the action to this court, under the pseudonym Jane Doe.
