15 Defendant. 16 17 This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Simple Traditions, Inc. (“Simple Traditions”) and Nancy Linn’s (“Linn”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) Motion for Reconsideration. (ECF No. 22.) Defendant Paychex, Inc. (“Defendant”) filed an opposition. (ECF No. 28.) Plaintiffs filed a reply. (ECF No. 29.) For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS in part and DENIES in part Plaintiffs’ motion. /// ///
