INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Aida Manukian brings this negligence and premises liability action 19 against Defendant BBC Holdings, LLC d/b/a Barry’s Boot Camp (“Barry’s”) 20 regarding an injury she suffered while at a workout class at Barry’s. (Second Am. 21 Compl. (“SAC”), ECF No. 26.) Barry’s now moves for summary judgment. (Mot. 22 Summ. J. (“Motion” or “Mot.”), ECF No. 52.) For the reasons discussed below, the 23 Court GRANTS Barry’s Motion.1 II.
