12 Plaintiff Zayo Group, LLC seeks to enjoin Defendant CVIN, LLC d/b/a Vast Networks from commencing a fiber optic cable replacement project scheduled to begin on April 23, 2025. Before the Court is Plaintiff’s Ex Parte Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Order to Show Cause Why a Preliminary Injunction Should Not Issue. Dkt. No. 7. For the following reasons, the Court GRANTS the motion for temporary restraining order and ORDERS Defendant to show cause why a preliminary injunction restraining Defendant from initiating the project for 75 days should not issue.
