ORDER 14 CUEVA, et al, 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state inmate who filed this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 18 without a lawyer. He has been granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis. ECF No. 12. 19 In screening the original complaint, the undersigned gave plaintiff the option to proceed 20 on his cognizable claim against defendant Dr. Dail or amend the complaint. ECF No. 12 at 3-5. 21 Plaintiff elected to amend the complaint, ECF No. 17, and has since filed two amended 22 complaints.
