This matter is 19 before the undersigned pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) and Local Rule 302(c)(21). 20 Plaintiff filed the initial action in the Sacramento Superior Court on July 11, 2024. (See 21 ECF No. 1-1 at 2.) Defendants Federal Protective Service (“FPS”); Department of Homeland 22 Security (“DHS”); and Social Security Administration (“SSA”) removed this action to federal 23 court under 28 U.S.C. § 1442(a)(1) on September 11, 2024.
