16 17 Plaintiff Maria Vue is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil action. This 18 matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and 19 Local Rule 302. 20 On January 15, 2025, Plaintiff filed a complaint and a motion for temporary restraining 21 order to protect her family “from potential violence” and to shutdown a public social conference 22 line owned by Defendant Lee Lay Moua and moderated by Defendant Mai Moua Vang. (Doc. 23 No. 1.) On January 16, 2025, the undersigned referred Plaintiff’s motion to the assigned 24 magistrate judge for the issuance of findings and recommendations. (Doc.
