(ECF No. 30) 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this action filed pursuant to 42 18 U.S.C. § 1983. 19 I. 20 RELEVANT BACKGROUND 21 On February 20, 2024, the Court ordered that this action proceed against Defendants Vu 22 Quang Huyah, Joon Kee James, Sabrina Kurczeski (erroneously named as Sabrina Kurezeski), 23 and Gerald Edwards for deliberate indifference to Plaintiff’s serious medical needs. (ECF No. 24 10.) 25 On April 18, 2024, Defendant Vu Quang Huyah filed a motion to dismiss for lack of 26 jurisdiction, which was granted on August 15, 2024, and this Defendants was dismissed from the 27 action.
