Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302, on March 14, 2025, the 19 magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations recommending that the petition for writ of 20 habeas corpus be dismissed without prejudice for failure to exhaust state judicial remedies.
