16 17 Petitioner Marcos Antonio Gutierrez is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se with a 18 petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. 19 I. 20 BACKGROUND 21 On December 11, 2024, Petitioner commenced the instant matter by filing a petition for 22 writ of habeas corpus. (ECF No. 1.)
