17 Petitioner Raymond Alan Griffin is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se on his petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (“Petition”), which was transferred by the Central District of California to this Court on January 6, 2025. (Doc. Nos. 1, 6). On January 27, 2025, the Court conducted a preliminary review of the Petition and determined that the Petition failed to comply with Rule 2(c) of the Rules Governing Section 2254Cases. (Doc. No. 11).
