For the reasons set forth below, the undersigned finds that no genuine dispute of material fact exists as to whether Defendant acted with deliberate indifference to Plaintiff’s serious medical condition. Therefore, the Court recommends that Defendant’s MSJ be granted I. BACKGROUND A.
