15 Defendant. 16 17 18 Adam Saur (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of 19 Social Security (“Commissioner” or “Defendant”) denying his application for supplemental 20 security income and disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act. (Doc. No. 1). 21 The matter is currently before the undersigned on the parties’ briefs, which were submitted 22 without oral argument. (Doc. Nos. 14, 18). For the reasons set forth more fully below, the Court 23 affirms the Commissioner’s decision. 24 I.
