See (Doc. 1 at 2, ¶ 1; Doc. 1-1 at 17 22-28).1 Defendant removed the action to this Court based on diversity jurisdiction on August 18 21, 2024. (Doc. 1). Plaintiffs’ claims relate to personal injuries sustained in connection with 19 their involvement in a traffic collision with a vehicle operated by Defendant.
