16 17 18 Plaintiff Hussein Ali is proceeding pro se in this civil rights action filed on October 3, 19 2024, against Bridgecrest Credit Company, LLC (“Bridgecrest” or “Defendant”). On 20 November 13, 2024, Bridgecrest filed a motion to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a 21 claim. (ECF No. 5). Plaintiff has not opposed the motion.
