Plaintiff now seeks a writ of 18 attachment on assets owned by Defendants Ajmail Sangha and Shinda Upple. 19 Presently before the Court is Plaintiff’s Application for Right to Attach Order and 20 Order for Issuance of Writ of Attachment.
