18 Currently before the Court is Plaintiffs Markus Heitkoetter and Rockwell Trading 19 Services, LLC’s (“Plaintiffs”) motion to compel the deposition of Emmett Moore and motion for 20 sanctions against Emmett Moore and Defendant’s counsel. (Doc. 132.) Having considered the 21 briefing, and the entire docket, and for the reasons discussed below, the Court denies Plaintiffs’ 22 motion to compel the deposition of Emmett Moore and further denies all related requests for 23 sanctions. 24 I.
