20 Before the Court is a motion to proceed by pseudonym, for a protective order, and for a temporary restraining order (“TRO”) filed by Plaintiff Doe. ECF No. 3. Plaintiff moves for a TRO enjoining the termination of his Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (“SEVIS”) record maintained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”).
