HOUSTON, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se. On April 17, 2025, plaintiff filed a 18 document styled, “Notice to Court,” claiming he amended his “case on July 1, 2017,” and 19 received no response. (ECF No. 10 at 1.) As discussed below, this case was terminated at 20 plaintiff’s voluntary request on August 14, 2017, and his motion regarding settlement is denied. 21 I. PLAINTIFF’S RECENT FILING 22 While plaintiff was housed at California State Prison, Sacramento (“CSP-SAC”), he filed 23 his request for case status, and appended a document styled, “Motion for Agreed Statement and 24 Agreed Settled Statement of Facts. . . .” (Id. at 2.)
