17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding without counsel. By order filed April 3, 2025, the court denied plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis status and ordered plaintiff to pay the $405.00 filing fee within 14 days to proceed in this action. Because plaintiff has failed to pay the filing fee as ordered by the court, this action should be dismissed without prejudice. For the reasons set forth above, it is RECOMMENDED as follows: 1. This action be dismissed for plaintiff’s failure to pay the filing fee. 2. The Clerk of the Court be directed to close this case.
