For the reasons stated below and based on the parties’ 21 representations during the Status Conference, the Court GRANTS the Motion and ISSUES 22 an Amended Scheduling Order. 23 I. JOINT MOTION AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND 24 On November 25, 2024, the Court issued the initial Scheduling Order Regulating 25 Discovery and Other Pre-Trial Proceedings. Doc. No. 15.
