On March 5, 2025, Plaintiff Earon Davis (“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint against Defendants Aidvantage and Folsom Lake College (“Defendants”). (“Complaint,” Dkt. No. 1.) The same day, Plaintiff filed a request to proceed in forma pauperis and an application for a preliminary injunction. (“PI App.,” Dkt. No. 3; “IFP,” Dkt. No. 4.)
