14 15 Pending before the Court is the motion of Defendants Centene Corporation (“Centene”) and 16 WellCare Health Plan, Inc. (“WellCare”) (collectively, “Defendants”) to dismiss the operative first 17 amended complaint (“FAC”), filed on April 7, 2025. (Doc. 14). Plaintiff Ricardo B. Villasenor 18 (“Plaintiff”) filed an opposition to the motion on April 11, 2025, and Defendants filed a reply on 19 April 21, 2025. (Docs. 16, 17). The undersigned deems the motion suitable for resolution without 20 hearing and oral argument, and accordingly, the motion hearing noticed for May 14, 2025, is 21 HEREBY VACATED. See E.D. Cal.
