15 Defendant. 16 17 Defendant Analeah Gonshorowski is proceeding in this action pro se, which is referred to the undersigned in accordance with Local Rule 302(c)(21) and 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). On April 21, 2025, Defendant commenced this action by filing a notice of removal of a criminal action from the Yuba County Superior Court and filing a motion to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”). ECF Nos. 1 & 2. It appears from the notice of removal that Defendant seeks to improperly remove a state court criminal proceeding that was filed in 2022. The undersigned recommends that this action be remanded to state court. The motion to proceed IFP avers that Plaintiff is unable to pay the costs of these proceedings.
