INTRODUCTION Before the Court in this patent and copyright infringement action is Plaintiff 19 Laltitude LLC’s motion for clarification of the Court’s Order Granting in Part and 20 Denying in Part Defendant SoyeeGlobal’s motion to set aside default and default 21 judgment. (Mot. Clarification (“Mot.” or “Motion”), ECF No. 74.) The Court 22 deemed the matter appropriate for decision without oral argument. Fed. R. Civ. P. 78; 23 C.D. Cal. L.R. 7-15. Having considered all papers filed in connection with the 24 Motion, the Court DENIES the motion for clarification. II.
